The word Holistic comes from the Greek word Holas, meaning 'whole'.  'Whole' as in person.  'Whole' as in universe.  The effect of all upon all.  Physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, energy, equilibrium, ecology, conservation and love.

Susan Clifford Webb is a qualified and experienced practitioner of Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.  Her unique treatment incorporates all three elements.

The Art of Reflexology takes its roots from the Incas, Ancient Egyptians and Chinese. Every organ, system and structure of the body is echoed in the feet and is connected by pathways of energy which at times can become congested or blocked, causing the body to function less effectively.

The treatment involves an acupressure technique worked on both feet which induces a state of physical and mental relaxation alleviating stress which is the cause of so much disease today. The therapy does not conflict with medical treatment and the practitioner works in conjunction with the medical profession if necessary.

Reflexology is suitable for all age groups and most conditions respond to treatment including pain relief, post viral disorders, stress and related symptoms.

Reiki accelerates healing by supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself, it increases vitality, promotes a condition of total relation and balances the body's energies and re-establishes equilibrium.
